Are your clinical and commercial strategies aligned?

A leading European VC [3/15 MedTech Strategist, p. 23] commented recently that " have to invest under the assumption that you will not find new investors for your companies...." A slew of attractive companies exist for investors, but "many are financed on a shoestring; they are just hanging on."
